Sauté chicken tenders in your favorite oil (coconut oil, olive oil or canola... my pref). After browned a bit add the Curry sauce and reduce.
Toss in bowl with some chives
Half a sheet of Nori
Sushi
Flip over the Nori (inside out roll) and add chicken and some sauce. Don't over fill
Add some chives and Cilantro
Beans sprouts
Rolled up
Toasted Sesame seeds
